I want you to know how refreshing, (and sadly unusual), it is to deal with a company like Vic Firth with truly first rate communication and customer service.  The fact that you are based in Maine and offer U.S. manufactured products makes Firth even more unique.

I was very impressed with both the workmanship, and the mechanism on the Firth pepper mill. There will be Firth mills under the Christmas tree for several of my friends this year.
